Ubuntu Gnome: swap Ctrl key with Win/CMD key

• Install gnome-tweaks
• Start Tweaks, select Keyboard and Mouse from the left side bar, then click Additional Layout Options button:
  
• Open Ctrl position, check Swap Left Win with Left Ctrl
