Windows 10: run Active Directory Administrative Centre as different user

In Command Prompt execute command below:

runas /user:DOMAIN\user2 "cmd /c Start /B dsac.exe"

It will open the UAC dialog, rather than enter your own password, click "More choices", then select "Use a different account"

Enter the username and password, it will then start "Active Directory Administrative Centre" as that user.
