- Download and extract Eclipse classic
- Download and extract ProGuard
Download and extract J2meUnit - (Optional) Download and extract Antenna
- Install EcilpseME plugin for Eclipse
- URL: http://www.eclipseme.org/updates/
- Follow the instructions to install/configure it.
- (Optional) Install J4ME
